Vibrating screen

INTRODUCTION:
The zenith vibrating screen is vibrated by the circling motion. The screen line of material is long and the screening specification is various. The screen of very specification is clear. It adopts the tubbish vibrator and eccentric adjustment, with the feature of strong vibration, high screening efficiency and small vibrating noise. This machine is durable, easy to maintain, safe to use. So it is widely used in mining, construction material, transportation, energy and chemical industry for classification.
The motor of the screening machine can be installed on the left or right. Please inform us when ordering.
This vibrating screen is made up of screening case, supporting device, vibrator and gearing. The tubbish vibrator is set up in the middle of the case. The vibrating force is changed by adjusting the eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. Bearing is lubricated by lubricating grease. The model of bearing is 3G3628Y. And SPC3150 high-efficiency triangle belt is used for transmission.
The screening surface is the main structure of the machine. It should use wire netting twisted by high grade and durable steel wire. The size of the hole controls the classified size.
This vibrating screen is supplied with whole set after being assembled by us. Customers should check and count the machine after receiving the machine to eliminate the disadvantage during the transportation. Erectors should be familiar with structure, performance and technical requirement. They should make suitable installation rules.
There should be enough suspension setting. We should support the case with 120*120 side’s wood when lifting on and off to avoid distortion. In order to avoid distortion of screening frame and shatter of accessories, the machine can not be dragged on the ground.
The vibrating screen should be installed on the firm armoured concrete base. The height, intension and area should be calculated separately according to geology and usage. The machine also can be installed on the steel shelf. Installation measurement can refer to diagram.
The axis of the seat should be unanimous with that of spring bracket. There should be enough space under the base for the installation of transmission and maintenance of machine.
When installing feeding hopper and discharging valve, the clearance between feeding hopper and case should be larger than 40mm, also the discharging valve with the case. The upper and lower interval is larger than 80mm.
In order to reduce the impact caused by material, the fall should less than 200mm.
Before the test run, please check whether the installation of the spring bracket accords with requirement. Check the quantity of the spring being pressed down to make sure the height balance of the former, latter, left and right is less than 5mm. Fasten all the fastener. Inject lubricating grease into the bearing. Inch first before test run. Then do the non-load trial after conferring usual.

Vibrating Screen Precautions In The Operation:
The vibrating screen should be grounded. The wire should be reliable and insulated. It should be installed in the snakeskin pipe. Cut off the electricity when overhauling.
Turn on the machine when it is non-loaded. Overload is prohibited. Turn off the machine when all material is screened and discharged. Do not adjust, clean; overhaul the machine when it is under the work. Under the normal working condition, grease the bearing every 8 hours. The vibrator should use EL-3 lithium base grease for lubrication. Moreover do overall check on time every month, including whether fixed parts are fastened, side plate is spitted, crossbeam has crack. Also check the performance of spring, seal of vibrator, transmission belt and power supply.
